The sad truth for developers

This story is basically common for most of the developers in Bangladesh.When we graduate as an IT specialist we try to find a job where the environment will be collaborative.Because as a software engineer we have to face with new problems and find its convenient solution by pair programming and team member collaboration.

Most of the well known companies has these facilities but about 60–70% companies do not have these services.So if a software engineer wont found a collaborative environment then it is ok to get frustrated.

I am telling this because i had this kind of situation when i first got a job.Though the company is not that much reputed and popular.But i think every software firm should have the advantage of having things to do for relaxation.That would be daily team meeting , some internal sports , weekly team updates etc.

The top IT firms like Pathao,Datasoft,WebAble they have those services and for this reason the employees can keep their mind in a suitable state to work on.And all the other firms should adapt this practice.
